Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups collard greens
- 1 large tomato
- 1 medium onion

Season the 1 lb beef steak with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked to your liking. Let rest for 5 minutes.

While the meat rests, make the orange sauce: simmer 1/2 cup orange juice in a small pan until reduced by half, about 5 minutes, until slightly syrupy.

In a bowl, toss 2 cups cooked rice with 1 chopped tomato and 1/2 sliced onion. Set aside.
