Ingredients

  • 1 package (18 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 4 tbsp Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch fleur de sel or sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Divide cookie dough into 8 equal pieces. Gently press each into a thin, flat disk on a microwave-safe plate.

  2. 2

Place 1.5 teaspoons of Nutella in the center of each disk. Fold dough over the filling and pinch to seal.

  3. 3

Microwave the 8 cookies on a plate for 90 seconds. They'll puff slightly and feel soft to the touch.

  4. 4

Mix water, powdered sugar, and cocoa into a smooth glaze. Drizzle over warm cookies and sprinkle with salt.

  5. 5

Serve immediately while the Nutella center is still warm and gooey.
