Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 1.5 cups fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)

Instructions

  1. 1

Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth with no lumps.

  2. 2

Let batter rest 10 minutes while you prepare a 10-inch nonstick skillet.

  3. 3

Heat skillet over medium-high until a drop of water sizzles and evaporates immediately.

  4. 4

Pour 1/4 cup batter into center and tilt pan in circular motions until bottom is covered.

  5. 5

Cook 60 seconds until edges lift easily, then flip and cook 20 seconds on the other side.

  6. 6

Transfer crepe to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking as you go.

  7. 7

Spread 2 tbsp Nutella on each crepe, then top with fresh berries and fold in half.
