Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1.25 cups milk
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup Nutella
- 1.5 cups fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)

Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth with no lumps.

Let batter rest 10 minutes while you prepare a 10-inch nonstick skillet.

Heat skillet over medium-high until a drop of water sizzles and evaporates immediately.

Pour 1/4 cup batter into center and tilt pan in circular motions until bottom is covered.

Cook 60 seconds until edges lift easily, then flip and cook 20 seconds on the other side.

Transfer crepe to a plate. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking as you go.
