Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch round (or ~2 cups crumbled) store-bought vanilla cake or leftover cake
  • ½ cup vanilla frosting
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
