Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank's or Crystal)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming.

  4. 4

Transfer shrimp to a plate. Reduce heat to medium.

  5. 5

Add remaining 4 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

  6. 6

Whisk in BBQ sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Simmer 2 minutes.

  7. 7

Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat. Heat through for 1 minute.
