Ingredients
- 2 lb mussels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter

Scrub the 2 lb mussels and pull off any beards. Discard any that are open or cracked.

Melt the 2 tbsp butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the 2 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the mussels and 1 cup heavy cream. Cover and cook until the mussels open, about 5-7 minutes, shaking the pot occasionally.
