Ingredients
- 4 steaks (about 6 oz each) pork shoulder steaks (bone-in or boneless, 1-inch thick)
- 1 whole orange (zested and juiced)
- 2 whole lime (juiced)
- 6 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro or parsley (chopped)
