Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

    Add berries, yogurt, honey, and milk to a blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, ~60 seconds.

    Add ice and blend 15 more seconds until cold and creamy.

    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
