Ingredients
- 1.5 cups chickpea flour

- ½ medium, finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup water
Instructions
- 1
In a large bowl, mix 1.5 cups chickpea flour, 0.5 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp turmeric, and 1 tsp coriander powder.
- 2
Add 0.5 finely chopped onion and 1 finely chopped green chili to the flour mixture and stir to combine.
- 3
Gradually add 0.75 cup water, mixing with your hand to form a soft, pliable dough. Add a little extra water if needed.
- 4
Knead the dough for 2 minutes until smooth, then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 equal balls. Dust each ball with flour and roll into a 6-inch round, about 1/4 inch thick.
