Ingredients

  • 4 whole mini bagels
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0 to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

    Position oven rack 4–5 inches from the broiler. Split bagels in half lengthwise.

    Arrange bagel halves cut-side up on a sheet pan. Brush lightly with olive oil.

    Spoon 1 tbsp marinara onto each bagel half. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon.

    Top each with 2 tbsp mozzarella. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
