Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced pork
  • 2 medium lime
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, mix the 2 tbsp fish sauce, juice of 1 lime, and 1 tsp chili flakes. Set aside.

  2. 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add the 1 lb minced pork and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

  3. 3

Pour the sauce over the pork and stir to coat. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant and slightly sticky.

  4. 4

Peel and grate the 1 carrot. Serve the pork over the 2 cups cooked rice, topped with grated carrot and a squeeze of the remaining lime.

  5. 5
