Ingredients

  • 12 count frozen beef meatballs
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 count hoagie rolls
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella or low-moisture mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add meatballs and marinara. Stir gently and simmer 6 minutes until meatballs are heated through.

    Split hoagie rolls and layer mozzarella on the bottom halves. Place on a sheet pan.

    Divide meatballs and sauce between the rolls, spooning generously over the cheese.

    Broil 2 minutes until cheese melts and roll edges brown slightly.

    Serve with extra marinara for dipping on the side.
