Ingredients

  • 10 oz canned tuna in water
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

    Drain tuna and place in a large bowl.

    Chop cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes, then add both to the bowl with olives.
