Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch rounds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce
- 4 pieces pita bread
- 2 whole fresh lemon wedges
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
