Ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ whole cucumber, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 8 pieces pita bread or flatbread

Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

While beef marinates, stir yogurt, grated cucumber, and dill in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until serving.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F. Let grate heat for 5 minutes.
