Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 oz egg noodles

In a bowl, mix 1 lb ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into 12 small meatballs.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, pour in 1 cup beef broth and 1 cup heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, scraping up browned bits, about 2 minutes.
