Ingredients

- ½ lb ground beef
- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza peel.
