Ingredients
- 2 bag / tsp black tea (2 bags or 2 tsp loose)
- 4 pod cardamom pods, crushed
- 3 slice fresh ginger, 1/4-inch sliced
- 1 stick cinnamon stick
- 1 cup whole milk (or oat milk)
- 1.5 tsp honey

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small pot or kettle over medium-high heat.

Add tea bags, cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon. Steep 3–4 minutes until deeply fragrant.

While tea steeps, heat milk in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.

Strain tea into two mugs, discarding solids. Pour in the warm milk.
