Ingredients

  • 2 bag / tsp black tea (2 bags or 2 tsp loose)
  • 4 pod cardamom pods, crushed
  • 3 slice fresh ginger, 1/4-inch sliced
  • 1 stick cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup whole milk (or oat milk)
  • 1.5 tsp honey

Instructions

    Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small pot or kettle over medium-high heat.

    Add tea bags, cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon. Steep 3–4 minutes until deeply fragrant.

    While tea steeps, heat milk in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.

    Strain tea into two mugs, discarding solids. Pour in the warm milk.

    Stir in honey until dissolved. Serve hot.
