Ingredients

  • 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillet
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 8 oz, cut into batons carrots

Instructions

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F and arrange oiled, seasoned carrot batons on the tray.

    Stir maple syrup and dijon together in a small bowl until smooth.

    Pat salmon dry, brush with maple-dijon glaze, and season both sides with salt and pepper.
