Ingredients

  • 2 chops pork chops (1.5 inches thick)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

    Heat oven to 400°F and place a cast iron skillet inside for 3 minutes.

    Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

    Whisk maple syrup and Dijon mustard together in a small bowl until smooth.
