Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough (1 can, 8 oz)
- 4 strips bacon strips
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high until crispy, ~5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 4 triangles (don't worry about perforations). Brush each with melted butter.
- 3
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough triangles.
- 4
Scatter bacon pieces over the cinnamon sugar, then roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point.
- 5
Place rolls seam-side down on the same skillet (wipe clean first). Sear over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and edges crisp.
- 6
Drizzle warm maple syrup over the hot rolls. Serve immediately while gooey.
