Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe avocados
  • 1 whole ripe mango
  • 1 whole lime
  • ¼ cup red onion, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 to taste salt and black pepper

    Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.

    Peel the mango, cut flesh away from the pit, and dice into 1/4-inch pieces.

    Add mango, minced red onion, and cilantro to the avocados.

    Squeeze half the lime over the mixture and gently fold with a fork until chunky-creamy.
