Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • ½ oz light rum
  • ½ oz orange curaçao
  • ½ oz almond liqueur (orgeat)
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

    Add dark rum, light rum, orange curaçao, almond liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.

    Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until the exterior frosts, about 10–15 seconds.

    Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

  4. 4

    Garnish with a cherry and an orange wheel. Serve immediately with a straw.
