Ingredients
- 1.5 cups macaroni
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 stalks green onions
- ½ teaspoon salt

Heat the 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the 1 diced onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
