Ingredients

  • 1 bag (20 oz) frozen tater tots
  • ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

    Heat air fryer to 400°F and cook tater tots according to package directions until golden and crispy, about 8 minutes.

    Transfer hot tater tots to a serving plate and top immediately with shredded cheddar cheese while they're still hot.

    Stir sour cream with 2 tbsp chives and most of the bacon bits until combined into a dip.

    Drizzle the sour cream mixture over the tots and scatter remaining bacon bits and chives on top.
