Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen shoestring fries
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup prepared queso dip or cheese sauce
- ¼ cup fresh jalapeños, sliced
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ whole lime
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add fries in a single layer and cook 4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Push fries to the edge of the skillet. Brown ground beef with cumin, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
