Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen fries (shoestring or crinkle-cut)
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ whole lime

Instructions

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add fries in a single layer and cook undisturbed until golden and crispy on the bottom, 5–6 minutes.

    Toss fries once, then sprinkle cheddar and jalapeños over the top. Cover and cook 2 minutes until cheese melts.
