Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen french fries
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup jalapeños, sliced
  • 2 pieces warm flour tortillas or flatbread
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

    Cook fries in a large skillet over medium-high heat in batches, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy, 6–8 minutes.

    Spread cooked fries on a serving platter. Scatter shredded cheddar and jalapeños over the top.

    Return the skillet to medium heat and warm tortillas one at a time, 30 seconds per side, until soft and pliable.

    Top the fries with sour cream dollops. Serve warm tortillas and flatbread on the side for scooping.
