Ingredients

  • 6 oz tortilla chips
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (optional)

  2. 2

Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tbsp water. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

Spread tortilla chips on a sheet pan in a single layer.

  4. 4

Top chips with seasoned beef, then scatter cheese and jalapeños over everything.

  5. 5

Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts and edges char slightly, ~3 minutes.

  6. 6

Top with a dollop of sour cream if desired. Serve immediately.
