Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 whole fresh limes
  • 1 whole jalapeño, minced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced small
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup tortilla chips or saltine crackers

Instructions

    Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

    Squeeze all 4 limes and pour juice over shrimp until covered.

    Add jalapeño, red onion, and salt to taste. Stir gently.
