Ingredients

  • 8 pieces chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then coat all sides generously with lemon pepper seasoning.

    Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

    Sear thighs skin-side down without moving for 8 minutes until skin is deep golden brown.

    Flip thighs, add butter to the pan, and cook 6 more minutes until the internal temp hits 165°F.
