Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 1 whole lemon (zested and juiced)
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 to taste salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until foaming.

Add shrimp in a single layer. Sear without stirring 2 minutes until edges turn pink.

Flip shrimp and sear 1–2 minutes until centers are opaque. Transfer to a plate.

Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the pan. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in lemon juice, zest, and red pepper flakes. Cook 15 seconds to combine.

Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat in sauce for 30 seconds.

Remove from heat. Scatter parsley over top and serve immediately.
