Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ⅓ cup ouzo
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ½ lemon lemon (juiced)

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 60 seconds.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid browning.

Sear shrimp 90 seconds per side without moving until edges turn opaque and pink.

Pour ouzo and lemon juice into the pan, then add cherry tomatoes. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, scatter feta and dill over top, and serve immediately from the skillet.
