Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ⅓ cup ouzo
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ lemon lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 60 seconds.

  3. 3

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid browning.

  4. 4

Sear shrimp 90 seconds per side without moving until edges turn opaque and pink.

  5. 5

Pour ouzo and lemon juice into the pan, then add cherry tomatoes. Simmer for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

Remove from heat, scatter feta and dill over top, and serve immediately from the skillet.
