Ingredients
- 1 jar (16 oz) prepared dolmades (jarred, grape leaves with rice filling)
- 1 whole (juiced + zested) lemon
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp (chopped) fresh dill or oregano
- 2 rolls crusty bread rolls

Heat olive oil in a shallow skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 1 minute.

Arrange dolmades seam-side down in the skillet in a single layer, fitting as many as will touch.

Pour lemon juice and water around the dolmades. Sprinkle with zest and fresh dill or oregano.

Cover and simmer for 8 minutes until the dolmades are warmed through and broth is fragrant.
