- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill

Tear off a large sheet of foil and lay the salmon skin-side down in the center.

Dot the salmon with butter, scatter dill on top, and slice half the lemon over it.

Fold the foil edges up and seal tightly, leaving a pocket of air inside.

Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes.
