Labneh Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp za'atar

Instructions

    Line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth. Pour yogurt into it and let drain 5 minutes.

    Transfer drained yogurt to a serving bowl. Stir in salt until fully combined.

    Make a shallow well in the center with the back of a spoon. Pour olive oil into the well.

    Sprinkle za'atar over the oil. Serve immediately with pita chips or warm pita bread.
