Korean Bingsu

Ingredients

  • 3 cups ice
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

    Place the 3 cups ice in a blender or shaved ice machine and process until fluffy and snow-like, about 30 seconds.

    Pile the shaved ice into a large bowl, shaping it into a mound.

    Arrange the 1 cup strawberries and 0.5 cup blueberries on top of the ice.

    Sprinkle the 2 tbsp almonds and 2 tbsp peanuts over the fruit.

    Add the 1 scoop vanilla ice cream on top of the berries.

    Scatter the 0.25 cup granola over the entire dessert.

    Drizzle the 2 tbsp condensed milk over the top and serve immediately.
