- 1 small loaf crusty bread (baguette or ciabatta)
- 3 oz jamón serrano, thinly sliced
- 2 oz manchego cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 medium ripe tomato
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Slice the bread into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Arrange on a plate.
