Ingredients

  • 4 slices crusty bread (baguette or ciabatta)
  • 2 oz jamón serrano, thinly sliced
  • ½ medium ripe tomato, halved
  • 1 clove garlic clove, halved
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

    Toast bread slices until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.

    While warm, rub each slice with the cut side of the garlic clove until fragrant.

    Rub the tomato halves across each slice, pressing gently to release juice and seeds.

    Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
