- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 medium jalapeños
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tbsp green onions
Instructions
- 1
Cook the 4 bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels and crumble.

In a small bowl, mix the 4 oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar, 2 minced jalapeños, and 2 tbsp sliced green onions until well combined.

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
- 5
Add the remaining 2 tbsp butter to the skillet and cook the other 2 sandwiches the same way, until golden and the cheese is melted.
- 6
