Ingredients
- 4 filets white fish fillets
- 1 whole lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 whole red chili
- 2 whole green chili

Pat the 4 fish fillets dry and rub with the juice of 1 lime and 1 tsp salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Brush the fish with 1 tbsp of the oil and grill over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

While the fish cooks, slice the 2 red and 2 green chilies into thin rounds.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tbsp oil with a pinch of salt and the sliced chilies to make a quick sambal.
