Ingredients
- ⅓ cup kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs pork ribs (cut into 2-3 rib sections)
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 4 piece pork sausage links
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
Instructions
- 1
Whisk kecap manis, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until combined.
- 2
Pat ribs, wings, and sausage dry. Brush both sides of ribs and wings heavily with glaze.
- 3
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
- 4
Working in batches, sear ribs 2 minutes per side without moving—edges should char and caramelize.
- 5
Add sausage and wings to the skillet, brush with remaining glaze, and sear 2-3 minutes per side until edges are deeply caramelized.
- 6
Serve hot from the skillet while the glaze is still glossy and sticky.
