Ingredients
- 500 g fish fillets (e.g., carp or cod)
- 400 g potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 whole red chili peppers
- ¼ cup parsley
- 1.5 L water

In a large pot, sauté the 1 sliced onion in 2 tbsp oil over medium heat until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the 2 tbsp tomato paste and 2 tbsp paprika, cook for 1 minute until fragrant and deep red.

Add the 1.5 L water, 2 whole red chili peppers, and 400 g peeled and cubed potatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.

Cut the 500 g fish fillets into chunks and add to the pot. Simmer gently until fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 8 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the 0.25 cup chopped parsley just before serving.
