Ingredients
- 500 g cream cheese
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 200 g strawberries
- 30 g powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 23cm springform pan with butter.

In a bowl, mix flour and 50g sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into pan bottom.

Bake crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside to cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream.

Pour filling over crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in center.
