Ingredients

  • 3 oz per drink prosecco
  • 2 oz per drink Aperol
  • ½ oz per drink elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz per drink soda water
  • 6 leaves per drink fresh mint leaves
  • 1 slice per drink lemon slices
  • ½ cup per drink ice

Instructions

    Fill a wine glass halfway with ice cubes.

    Pour 2 oz Aperol and 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur into the glass.

    Top with 3 oz prosecco and 1 oz soda water.

    Gently slap 6 mint leaves between your palms to release oils, then toss into the drink.

    Stir gently with a bar spoon or long spoon until chilled throughout.

    Garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
