Ingredients
- 3 oz per drink prosecco
- 2 oz per drink Aperol
- ½ oz per drink elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz per drink soda water
- 6 leaves per drink fresh mint leaves
- 1 slice per drink lemon slices
- ½ cup per drink ice

Fill a wine glass halfway with ice cubes.

Pour 2 oz Aperol and 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur into the glass.

Top with 3 oz prosecco and 1 oz soda water.

Gently slap 6 mint leaves between your palms to release oils, then toss into the drink.
