Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- ½ lb shrimp
- ½ lb squid
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 stalks green onions
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 whole lime

Cook rice noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Peel and devein shrimp; slice squid into rings. Mince garlic and ginger.
