- 6 oz deli roast beef
- 2 slices cheddar cheese (sliced)
- 1 tbsp horseradish

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Warm roast beef in the skillet, stirring gently, until edges curl and beef is hot through, about 2 minutes.

Spread horseradish on two bread slices. Layer warm roast beef and cheddar on top, then cap with remaining bread.
