Honeyed Fruit Salad with Granola Crunch

Ingredients

  • ½ melon, cubed cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 medium, sliced peaches or nectarines, fresh
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon, juiced lemon
  • ½ cup granola

Instructions

    Cut the melon in half, scoop out seeds, then cube the flesh into 1-inch pieces.

    Halve strawberries if large; leave blueberries and raspberries whole.

    Slice peaches or nectarines into thin wedges, discarding the pit.

    Add all fruit to a large bowl, then drizzle honey and lemon juice over the top.

    Toss gently until the fruit is coated and the juices begin to pool, about 30 seconds.

    Divide between bowls and top with granola just before serving.
