Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo sheets, thawed
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
- ¾ cup honey
- ¾ cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp water

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high until a phyllo corner sizzles on contact, ~3 minutes.

Stack 2 phyllo sheets, cut lengthwise into 5 strips, then twist each strip loosely.

Fry twists in batches until deep golden and crispy, ~2 minutes. Lift with a slotted spoon onto paper towels.
