Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp sriracha

Instructions

    Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Working in batches, add chicken without crowding and cook 5–6 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.

    Return all chicken to the skillet, then drizzle with honey and sriracha, tossing constantly until glossy.
